fa ارزیابی و مقایسه روش های نمونه برداری جهت تعیین استاندارد کربن بلک(دوده) مطابق استانداردهای ملی ایران در محموله های بسته بندی شده و فله عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:37.85pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">کربن بلک (دوده) ماده ای مهندسی شده است که به طور عمده از کربن عنصری تشکیل شده است و توسط احتراق ناقص یا تجزیه حرارتی هیدروکربن های گاز یا مایع تحت شرایط کنترل شده تولید می شود. شکل ظاهری شبیه دانه یا پودرهای سیاه است. کربن سیاه نیز در بالای 50 مواد شیمیایی صنعتی تولید شده در سراسر جهان، بر اساس تناژ سالانه است. تولید فعلی در سراسر جهان حدود 18 میلیارد پوند در سال (8.1 میلیون تن) است. کربن بلک یا دوده ی سیاه ماده ای سیاه رنگ است که حدود 97 تا 99 درصد آن از کربن تشکیل شده و اجزای دیگر شامل هیدروژن و اکسیژن است. هدف از این مقاله ارزیابی و مقایسه روش های نمونه برداری جهت تعیین استاندارد کربن بلک(دوده) مطابق استاندارد های ملی ایران در محموله های بسته بندی شده و فله می باشد. روش تحقیق به صورت کتابخانه ای و از حیث هدف کاربردی می باشد. نتایج نشان دهنده تفاوت روش های نمونه برداری از محموله های کربن بلک بسته بندی شده در کیسه، کارتن، ظروف انعطاف پذیر حجیم، کیسه های جامبو یا هر بسته بندی دیگر با روش نمونه برداری از محموله های کربن بلک فله ای بسته بندی نشده درون واگن های سه کوپه ای&quot; ریلی و بونکرها است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="tab-stops:45.8pt 91.6pt 137.4pt 183.2pt 229.0pt 274.8pt 320.6pt 366.4pt 412.2pt 458.0pt 503.8pt 549.6pt 595.4pt 641.2pt 687.0pt 732.8pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Carbon black (soot) is an engineered material consisting mainly of elemental carbon and produced by incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition of gaseous or liquid hydrocarbons under controlled conditions. The appearance looks like seeds or black powders. Carbon black is also among the top 50 industrial chemicals produced worldwide, based on annual tonnage. Current worldwide production is about 18 billion pounds per year (8.1 million tons). The purpose of this article is to evaluate and compare sampling methods to determine the standard of carbon black (soot). It is according to the national standards of Iran in packaged and bulk shipments. The research method is library-based and practical in terms of purpose. The results show the difference between the sampling methods of carbon black cargoes packed in bags, cartons, bulky flexible containers, jumbo bags or any other packaging with the sampling method of bulk carbon black cargoes not packed in wagons.
