Cosmetics are effectively in contact with the skin, hair and eyes, and their low quality leads to severe allergies and sensitivities. Due to the importance of these products, each of the products should be used by the necessary standards in the Iranian Institute of Standards and Industrial Research. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors influencing the determination of samples for the standards of cosmetics and health products in accordance with the national standard of Iran. The research method is applied using library tools.
