fa قواعد کلی نمونه‌برداری از مواد اولیه توتون منطبق بر استاندارد ملی ایران The General Rules of Sampling Tobacco Raw Materials According to the National Standard of Iran عمومى General پژوهشي Research تنباکو یا توتون گیاهی است علفی یک ساله دارای ساقه خشابی یا نرم به بلندی 2 تا یک و نیم متر، گل‌های آن خوشه‌ای که به طور گروهی در انتهای شاخه گل‌دهنده به رنگ قرمز یا قرمز مایل به سفید ظاهر می‌شود.برگ‌های آن ساده اغلب کامل، کرکدار که پس از رسیدن از یک قشر نازک مغز چسبناک و معطر پوشیده می‌شود.میوه آن معمولا دارای دو دریچه است. گیاه توتون و فرآورده‌های آن در محصولات دخانیات مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد و از مهم‌ترین عوامل مورد نظر بحث استاندارد و کیفیت توتون در محصولات می‌باشد که در این راستا سازمان ملی استاندارد روش‌های نمونه‌برداری مخصوصی را در استاندارد شماره 7427 مورد واکاوی قرارداده است. یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده آن است که تجهیزات نمونه‌برداری باید خشک و تمیز بوده، تاثیری بر اندازه‌گیری بعدی نداشته باشد ظروف مورد استفاده برای جمع‌آوری نمونه‌هاباید از مواد شیمیائی خنثی ساخته شود .این ظروف باید کدر (مات) و بی‌منفذ باشند. نمونه‌ها باید دریک محیط خشک و خنک و دور از نور و بدون بو نگهداری شوند تا از آلودگی محیط، رشد میکروبی، آلودگی با حشرات و سایر مواردی که بر خواص ذائقه‌ای  تاثیر دارند، جلوگیری شود.   Tobacco or tobacco is a one-year herbaceous plant with a woody or soft stem 2 to one and a half meters long, its flowers appear in a cluster at the end of the flowering branch in red or reddish-white color. Its leaves are simple, often complete, Hairy, which after ripening is covered by a thin, sticky and aromatic cortex. Its fruit usually has two valves. The tobacco plant and its products are used in tobacco products, and it is one of the most important factors in the discussion of standards and quality of tobacco in products, and in this regard, the National Standards Organization has analyzed special sampling methods in standard number 7427. The findings show that that the sampling equipment should be dry and clean and not affect the next measurement. The containers used to collect the samples should be made of neutral chemicals. These containers should be opaque and non-permeable.
