fa طراحی مدل سنجش اثربخشی دوره آموزشی مدیریت راهبردی با بهره گیری از روش کرک پاتریک و آنالیز واریانس عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span 2="" lotus="">در دنیای امروزی با توجه به محیط‌های پویای سازمانی و تحولات شگرف در دانش بشری، به روز رسانی آموزش‌های حین کار و افزایش مهارت‌های مدیریتی، لازمه تصدی مشاغل مدیریتی است، از این رو دانشکده‌های متعددی در سطح کشور مجری برگزاری دوره‌های آموزش تکمیلی برای دانش افزایی در زمینه مدیریت راهبردی می‌باشند، ولیکن مساله اصلی این است که آیا طی کردن این دوره‌ها موجب افزایش سطح دانش، مهارت و توانایی این جامعه هدف می‌شوند؟ لذا همواره نظامات ارزیابی اثربخشی راهگشا بوده تا بتوان قابلیت اطمینان این دست از دوره‌ها را افزایش داد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از یکی از موثرترین روش‌های سنجش اثربخشی با نام &quot;کرک پاتریک&quot; برآن شدیم تا دوره مدیریت راهبردی را درسطح کشور مورد بررسی قرار دهیم.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span new="" roman="" times="">nowadays</span><span lang="EN"><span new="" roman="" times="">, due to the dynamic organizational environment and tremendous changes in human knowledge, updating on-the-job training and increasing managerial skills is necessary to hold managerial jobs. therefore, many colleges across the country conduct graduate training courses for increasing knowledge in the field of strategic management, but the main issue is whether going through these courses will increase the level of knowledge, skills and abilities of this target community? Therefore, effectiveness evaluation systems have always been a way to increase the reliability of such courses.
