fa تاثیر سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد سازمان با توجه به نقش میانجی تفکر استراتژیک در میان کارکنان شهرداری عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" lotus="">تحقیق حاضر با هدف تاثیر سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد سازمان با توجه به نقش میانجی تفکر استراتژیک در میان کارکنان شهرداری صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد. بر اساس ماهیت و روش نیز، یک پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و در بین انواع روش‌های تحقیق توصیفی در زمره مطالعه موردی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را 200 نفر از کارکنان شهرداری تهران تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند.</span></span><b> </b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" lotus="">در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه استاندارد جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بهره گرفته شد. همچنین اطلاعات با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار </span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span new="" roman="" times="">smartPLS</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" lotus=""> </span></span></span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" lotus="">مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایح نشان داد سرمایه فکری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد سازمان دارد. همچنین تفکر استراتژیک این رابطه را میانجی می‌کند. </span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span new="" roman="" times="">The current research was conducted with the aim of the impact of intellectual capital on the organization&#39;s performance, considering the mediating role of strategic thinking among municipal employees. The purpose of this research is in the field of applied research. Based on its nature and method, it is a descriptive-analytical research, and among the types of descriptive research methods, it is classified as a case study. The statistical population of this research was made up of 200 employees of Tehran municipality, who were selected using stratified random sampling method. In this research, a standard questionnaire was used to collect information. Also, the information was analyzed using the structural equation model and smartPLS software. The results showed that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on the organization&#39;s performance.
