fa بررسی نقش ابعاد رفتاری و ابعاد فنی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز بر عملکرد سازمان با توجه به نقش میانجی قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات در صنایع غذایی شهر صنعتی کاوه عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="margin-right: 40px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش ابعاد رفتاری و ابعاد فنی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز بر عملکرد سازمان&nbsp; با توجه به نقش میانجی قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات در صنایع غذایی شهر صنعتی کاوه صورت گرفته است. براین اساس می‌توان گفت این تحقیق از نوع هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی است و ازنظر شیوه تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نوع کمی و همچنین ازنظر زمانی مقطعی می‌باشد. درنهایت در این تحقیق جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بهره گرفته‌شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 235 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان آگاه به موضوع تحقیق در شرکت‌های تولیدکننده مواد غذایی در شهر صنعتی کاوه تشکیل دادند. </span><span lang="AR-SA">تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت. در بخش توصیفی به بررسی آمار جمعیت شناختی و ویژگی‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی متغیرها پرداخته شد. همچنین در بخش استنباطی جهت بررسی فرضیه‌ها از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی به کمک نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SM</span><span dir="LTR">ARTPLS</span><span lang="FA"> بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد</span> <span lang="FA">ابعاد رفتاری و ابعاد فنی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز با توجه به نقش میانجی قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد سازمان در صنایع غذایی شهر صنعتی کاوه دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal">The current research aims to investigate the role of behavioral dimensions and technical dimensions of green supply chain management on the organization&#39;s performance with regard to the mediating role of information technology capabilities in the food industry of Kaveh Industrial City. Based on this, it can be said that this research is of the objective type of an applied research, and in terms of the method of data analysis, it is of a quantitative type and also in terms of time. Finally, in this research, two library and field methods have been used to collect information. The statistical population of this research was made up of 235 managers and experts knowledgeable about the subject of research in food manufacturing companies in Kaveh Industrial City. Data analysis was done at two descriptive and inferential levels. In the descriptive part, the demographic statistics and the central characteristics and dispersion of the variables were investigated. Also, in the inferential part, partial least squares method was used with the help of smartPLS software to check the hypotheses.
