fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر دسترسی به فناوری دیجیتال در آموزش ابتدایی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر دسترسی به فناوری دیجیتال در آموزش ابتدایی صورت گرفت. </span><span lang="AR-SA">با توجه به اینکه تحقیق حاضر به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر دسترسی به فناوری دیجیتال در آموزش ابتدایی می‌پردازد، روش پژوهش برحسب هدف، کاربردی؛ برحسب زمان اجرای پژوهش، مقطعی؛ برحسب نوع داده، آمیخته (کیفی_کمی)؛ برحسب محیط پژوهش، کتابخانه‌&shy;ای؛ برحسب روش گرداوری داده&shy;‌ها و یا ماهیت و روش پژوهش، توصیفی-اکتشافی بود.جامعه آماری شامل 10 نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان آموزش‌وپرورش شهر تهران بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند.</span><span lang="FA">در این تحقیق در خصوص گردآوری اطلاعات مربوط به ادبیات موضوع و پیشینه پژوهش از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات برای پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش از روش میدانی استفاده‌شده است. تحقیق حاضر در دو فاز صورت گرفته است و بر اساس هر فاز، روش‌ها متناسب با نیاز هر مرحله تعیین‌شده است. در مرحله اول با استفاده ازنظرسنجی از خبرگان، به شناسایی شاخص‌های موردنظر پرداخته‌شده است. در ادامه نیز وزن دهی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص با استفاده از تکنیک </span><span dir="LTR">AHP</span> فازی صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد عوامل مؤثر بر دسترسی به فناوری دیجیتال در آموزش ابتدایی شامل 5 مؤلفه منابع مالی، زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی، معلمان، آموزش‌وپرورش و سیاست‌گذاران است. همچنین ازنظر خبرگان، منابع مالی بااهمیت‌ترین مؤلفه است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span lang="EN">The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting access to digital technology in primary education.</span> <span lang="EN">Considering that the current research examines the factors affecting access to digital technology in elementary education, the research method is practical according to the purpose;</span> <span lang="EN">according to the time of the research, cross-sectional;</span> <span lang="EN">according to the type of data, mixed (quantitative-qualitative);</span> <span lang="EN">according to the research environment, a library;</span> <span lang="EN">According to the method of data collection or the nature and method of the research, it was descriptive-exploratory. The statistical population included 10 education experts from Tehran who were selected using the purposeful sampling method.
