fa عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف: </span></b><span lang="FA">در دنیای امروز، کلان‌شهرها به‌ویژه تهران با چالش‌های متعددی نظیر آلودگی هوا، ترافیک و بحران‌های اجتماعی مواجه هستند. اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان به‌عنوان یک الگوی نوین اقتصادی، می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری مؤثر در مدیریت بحران‌ها عمل کند. این مقاله به بررسی نقش دستاوردهای اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در حوزه فناوری در راستای مدیریت بحران در کلان‌شهر تهران می‌پردازد</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> <b>روش‌شناسی:</b> این مطالعه به‌صورت مروری و با استفاده از منابع معتبر علمی و پژوهشی انجام‌شده است. با تحلیل مقالات و گزارش‌های مرتبط، تلاش شده است تا تجارب جهانی و بومی در زمینه استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین در مدیریت بحران شناسایی و بررسی شود. همچنین، چالش‌ها و موانع موجود در این زمینه مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته است<span dir="LTR">.</span> <b>یافته‌ها:</b> نتایج نشان می‌دهد که فناوری‌های نوین، ازجمله اینترنت اشیا، هوش مصنوعی و تحلیل داده‌های کلان، می‌توانند به بهبود فرآیندهای مدیریت بحران و افزایش تاب‌آوری شهری کمک کنند. همچنین، همکاری میان دانشگاه‌ها، صنعت و دولت به‌عنوان یک عامل کلیدی در توسعه و به‌کارگیری این فناوری‌ها شناسایی‌شده است<span dir="LTR">.</span> <b>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</b> با توجه به چالش‌های موجود در مدیریت بحران در تهران، استفاده از دستاوردهای اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و فناوری‌های نوین می‌تواند به بهبود پاسخگویی و کاهش آسیب‌پذیری شهری کمک کند. این مقاله به دنبال ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود مدیریت بحران در تهران با استفاده از ظرفیت‌های موجود در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان است و بر اهمیت همکاری‌های بین‌رشته‌ای و ایجاد یک اکوسیستم نوآوری تأکید می‌کند<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">&nbsp;<strong>Background and Objective:</strong> In today&rsquo;s world, metropolitan areas, especially Tehran, face numerous challenges such as air pollution, traffic congestion, and social crises. The knowledge-based economy, as a modern economic model, can serve as an effective tool in crisis management. This paper examines the role of knowledge-based economy achievements in technology for crisis management in Tehran metropolis. <strong>Methodology:</strong> This study is conducted as a review using credible scientific and research sources. By analyzing related articles and reports, efforts have been made to identify and examine global and local experiences in utilizing modern technologies for crisis management. Additionally, the challenges and obstacles in this area have been analyzed. <strong>Findings:</strong> The results indicate that modern technologies, including the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics, can enhance crisis management processes and increase urban resilience. Furthermore, collaboration among universities, industry, and government has been identified as a key factor in the development and application of these technologies. <strong>Discussion and Conclusion:</strong> Given the existing challenges in crisis management in Tehran, utilizing the achievements of the knowledge-based economy and modern technologies can improve responsiveness and reduce urban vulnerability.
