fa تأثیر هوش چندگانه بر پذیرش آموزش دیجیتال در سازمان‌های دولتی ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش باهدف تأثیر هوش چندگانه بر پذیرش آموزش دیجیتال در سازمان‌های دولتی ایران صورت گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و همچنین توصیفی پیمایشی/همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان ادار</span><span lang="FA">ا</span><span lang="AR-SA">ت دولتی تشکیل داده‌اند که تعداد آن‌ها غیرقابل‌شمارش است. در این پژوهش، از فرمول کوکران برای انتخاب نمونه استفاده‌شده است که 384 نفر در نظر گرفته شدند. در این تحقیق در خصوص گردآوری اطلاعات مربوط به ادبیات موضوع و پیشینه پژوهش از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات برای تأیید یا رد فرضیه‌های پژوهش از روش میدانی استفاده‌شده است. در این پژوهش با توجه به سؤال‌های پژوهش از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. در بخش توصیفی، برای توصیف ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی شامل سن، جنسیت، تحصیلات و سابقه کار از درصد، فراوانی، جدول و نمودار و همچنین برای توصیف متغیرهای پژوهش از میانگین، انحراف معیار، چولگی و کشیدگی با نرم </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span lang="AR-SA"> استفاده شد. همچنین در بخش استنباطی برای بررسی فرضیه‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SmartPLS</span><span lang="AR-SA"> استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد هوش چندگانه بر پذیرش آموزش دیجیتال در سازمان‌های دولتی ایران تأثیر معناداری دارد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="line-height:normal">This study was conducted with the aim of the effect of multiple intelligence on the acceptance of digital education in Iranian government organizations. This research is an applied research as well as a descriptive survey/correlational research. The statistical population of this study consists of government agency employees, whose number is uncountable. In this study, the Cochran formula was used to select the sample, which was 384 people. In this study, library methods were used to collect information related to the literature on the subject and background of the research, and field methods were used to collect information to confirm or reject the research hypotheses. In this study, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used according to the research questions. In the descriptive section, percentages, frequencies, tables and graphs were used to describe demographic characteristics including age, gender, education, and work experience, and mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis were used to describe the research variables with SPSS software. Also, in the inferential part, structural equation modeling with SmartPLS software was used to examine the hypotheses.
