fa بررسی رابطه بین عوامل فرسودگی شغلی و تعهد سازمانی در بین مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان بوشهر Investigating the Relationship between Burnout Factors and Organizational Commitment among High School Principals in Bushehr County عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین رابطه بین عوامل فرسودگی شغلی و تعهد سازمانی در بین مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان بوشهر انجام‌گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان بوشهر بوده که از میان آنان 250 نفر از طریق فرمول کوکران به روش خوشه‌ای و نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب گردیدهاند. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از جنبه هدف تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد. از ابزار پرسشنامه نیز جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده‌شده است. متغیر فرسودگی شغلی شامل 22 مؤلفه بوده که در قالب 3 شاخص کلی دسته‌بندی گردید. این شاخص‌ها(عوامل) شامل: عامل خستگی عاطفی، عامل عملکرد شخصی، عامل مسخ شخصیت، می‌باشند. متغیر تعهد سازمانی نیز شامل 24 مؤلفه بوده که در قالب 3 شاخص کلی دسته‌بندی گردید. این شاخصها(عوامل) شامل: عامل تعهد هنجاری، عامل تعهد عاطفی، عامل تعهد مستمر، می‌باشند.به‌منظور بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش از تکنیک آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که در بین مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرستان بوشهر، بین عامل:فرسودگی شغلی و تعهد سازمانی، خستگی عاطفی و تعهد مستمر، خستگی عاطفی و تعهد عاطفی، مسخ‌شخصیت و تعهد مستمر،مسخشخصیت و تعهد عاطفی، عملکرد شخصی و تعهد مستمر، عملکرد شخصی و تعهد هنجاری،خستگی عاطفی و تعهد هنجاری، مسخ‌شخصیت و تعهد هنجاری، عملکرد شخصی و تعهد عاطفی رابطه‌ای معنادار و معکوس کشف شد و نیز پس از آزمون نمودن معناداری روابط میان متغیرهای مستقل پژوهش و متغیر وابسته، به ترتیب زیر عامل‌های: خستگی عاطفی، مسخ‌شخصیت و عملکرد شخصی بیشترین همبستگی را با عامل تعهد مستمر؛ و همچنین خستگی عاطفی، عملکرد شخصی و مسخ‌شخصیت بیشترین همبستگی را با عامل تعهد عاطفی؛ و نیز عملکرد شخصی، خستگی عاطفی و مسخ‌شخصیت بیشترین همبستگی را با عامل تعهد هنجاری (بر اساس ضریب همبستگی به‌دست‌آمده).  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study aims to determine the relationship between burnout factors and organizational commitment among high school principals in Bushehr County. The statistical population of this research consists of high school principals in Bushehr County, from whom 250 individuals were selected through cluster sampling and the Cochran formula. The research method is descriptive-survey and, in terms of research objectives, it is classified as applied research. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The burnout variable includes 22 components, categorized into three main indices: emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, and depersonalization. The organizational commitment variable consists of 24 components, categorized into three main indices: normative commitment, affective commitment, and continuous commitment. To test the research hypotheses, Pearson correlation coefficient statistical technique was employed. The results indicate that among high school principals in Bushehr County, there are significant and inverse relationships between: burnout and organizational commitment, emotional exhaustion and continuous commitment, emotional exhaustion and affective commitment, depersonalization and continuous commitment, depersonalization and affective commitment, personal accomplishment and continuous commitment, personal accomplishment and normative commitment, emotional exhaustion and normative commitment, depersonalization and normative commitment, and personal accomplishment and affective commitment.
