fa بررسی وضعیت عملکرد مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بوشهر بر اساس مفروضات نظریه اقتضایی فیدلر Examination of the Performance Status of Middle School Principals in Bushehr County Based on the Assumptions of Fiedler’s Contingency Theory عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی وضعیت عملکرد مدیران مدارس مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بوشهر بر اساس مفروضات نظریه‌ی اقتضایی فیدلر انجام‌گرفته است. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی محض به شیوه پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل کلیه‌ی معلمان مدارس مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بوشهر می‌باشد که در سال تحصیلی 1403 اشتغال به کار دارند و بر اساس آمار اخذ شده از ا ین مناطق تعداد آن‌ها 342 نفر معلم (زن و مرد) می‌باشد. برآورد حجم نمونه آماری از طریق جدول مورگان صورت گرفته است، درنتیجه تعداد 152 دبیر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین‌شده است. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود و برای این منظور از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر، نشان داد که بین میانگین نمونه و میانگین نظری در مؤلفه‌های اعتماد، نگرش، ابتکار عمل، توسعه فردی و رهبری تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد، به‌طوری‌که میانگین نمونه به‌جز در مورد ابتکار عمل در بقیه موارد بالاتر از میانگین نظری (جامعه) می‌باشد. همچنین در مورد مؤلفه‌های کیفیت کار، قضاوت، همکاری، کمیت کار، امنیت و ارزیابی کلی، عملکرد مدیران در حد متوسّط بوده است. علاوه بر آن در زمینه عملکرد کلی نیز بین میانگین نمونه و میانگین جامعه تفاوت معنی‌داری دیده نمی‌شود و ازنظر معلّمان عملکرد مدیران در حد متوسط بوده است. ازنظر معلّمان بیشتر مدیران دارای سبک رهبری رابطه مدار هستند و پنداشت هر دو گروه معلّمان (زن و مرد) در مورد عملکرد مدیران و سبک رهبری آن‌ها تقریباً یکسان است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study aims to examine the performance status of middle school principals in Bushehr County based on the assumptions of Fiedler’s contingency theory. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and purely descriptive regarding the data collection method, utilizing a survey approach. The statistical population includes all teachers of middle schools in Bushehr County who are employed during the academic year 1403, with a total of 342 teachers (both male and female) based on statistics obtained from these regions. The sample size was estimated using Morgan’s table, resulting in a determined sample size of 152 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and for this purpose, two standardized questionnaires were utilized. The findings of the present study indicate that there is a significant difference between the sample mean and the theoretical mean in the components of trust, attitude, initiative, personal development, and leadership, such that the sample mean, except for initiative, is higher than the theoretical mean (population) in the remaining cases. Additionally, regarding the components of work quality, judgment, collaboration, work quantity, security, and overall evaluation, the performance of the principals was at an average level. Furthermore, there was no significant difference between the sample mean and the population mean concerning overall performance, and teachers rated the performance of the principals as average.
