fa بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ارتباط مؤثر بر میزان سازگاری دانش‌آموزان دختر موردمطالعه مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بوشهر Examining the Effectiveness of Effective Communication Training on the Level of Adaptability among Female Students in the First Cycle of Secondary Education in Bushehr County عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف اصلی این پژوهش«بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ارتباط مؤثر بر میزان سازگاری اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بوشهر » میباشد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش تجربی (مداخلهای) است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه دانشآموزان دختر شاغل به تحصیل در دختر مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بوشهر در سال تحصیلی 1403 به تعداد 2010 نفر می‌باشد آزمودنیهای این پژوهش شامل 60 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر می‌باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب گردیدند جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کواریانس (ANCOVA) استفاده شد. یافتهها: به‌طور خلاصه یافتههای تحقیق پس از کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون به روش تحلیل کواریانس، برای گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه نشان میدهد که: آموزش ارتباط مؤثر بر سازگاری دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه اول اثر مثبت دارد0/05 , F = 76/88 )  (P <. از طرفی می‌توان گفت که آموزش ارتباط مؤثر باعث افزایش سازگاری عاطفی (F = 92/94)، سازگاری اجتماعی ( F= 36/50 ) و سازگاری آموزشی(F = 36/21)  دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول در سطحP = 0/05 )) شده است. نتیجهگیری: می‌توان گفت که آموزش ارتباط مؤثر سازگاری دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول ازجمله: سازگاری عاطفی، سازگاری اجتماعی و سازگاری آموزشی اثر مثبت دارد. همچنین میزان تأثیر برای افزایش سازگاری برابر با 574/ است که نشان می‌دهد 4/57 درصد از واریانس متغیر سازگاری دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول توسط آموزش ارتباط مؤثر قابل تبیین است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The main objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of effective communication training on the social adaptability of female students in the first cycle of secondary education in Bushehr County. The research method is experimental (interventional). The statistical population consists of all female students enrolled in the first cycle of secondary education in Bushehr County during the academic year 1403, totaling 2,010 students. The participants in this study included 60 female students selected through multi-stage random sampling. To analyze the data, ANCOVA (Analysis of Covariance) was used. Findings: In summary, the results of the study, after controlling for the pre-test effects through ANCOVA, indicate that effective communication training has a positive effect on the adaptability of first-cycle secondary students (F = 76.88, P < 0.05). Furthermore, it can be stated that effective communication training increases emotional adaptability (F = 92.94), social adaptability (F = 36.50), and educational adaptability (F = 36.21) of first-cycle secondary students at a significance level of P = 0.05. Conclusion: It can be concluded that effective communication training positively impacts the adaptability of first-cycle secondary students, including emotional adaptability, social adaptability, and educational adaptability.
