fa بررسی و مقایسه نقش هویت اجتماعی و هویت فردی در ارتقا سطح قابلیت های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان اهواز Investigating and Comparing the Role of Social Identity and Individual Identity in Improving The Level of Professional Capabilities of Elementary School Teachers in Ahvaz City عمومى General پژوهشي Research هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ومقایسه نقش هویت اجتماعی و هویت فردی در ارتقائ سطح قابلیت های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان اهواز  است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی– مقایسه ای از نوع مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را 450 نفر از معلمان زن و مرد مدارس ابتدایی منطقه سه شهرستان اهواز تشکیل می دهند. حجم نمونه این پژوهش شامل 222 نفر است که از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای و با توجه به فرمول کوکران بدست آمد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در این تحقیق پرسشنامه های هویت هویت اجتماعی صفارنیا (1389) و هویت فردی بنیون و آدامز (1986) بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمره هویت اجتماعی معلمان زن بیشتر از معلمان مرد است یا به عبارت دیگر هویت اجتماعی معلمان زن بطور معنی داری بیشتر از معلمان مرد است. میانگین نمره هویت فردی معلمان مرد بیشتر از معلمان زن است یا به عبارت دیگر هویت فردی معلمان مرد بطور معنی داری بیشتر از معلمان زن است. نتیجه گیری کلی پژوهش نشان داد که با تقویت هویت اجتماعی و هویت فردی در بین معلمان می توان به افزایش حوزه های هویتی آنان در مدارس کمک فراوانی نمود.   The aim of the present study is to investigate and compare the role of social identity and personal identity in improving the professional capabilities of primary school teachers in Ahvaz city. The method of the present study was a descriptive-comparative cross-sectional study. The statistical population of the present study consists of 450 male and female teachers in primary schools in the third district of Ahvaz city. The sample size of this study consists of 222 people, which was obtained through multi-stage cluster sampling and according to the Cochran formula. The data collection tools in this study were the Saffarnia social identity questionnaire (2010) and Benyon and Adams personal identity questionnaire (1986). The results showed that the average social identity score of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers, or in other words, the social identity of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers. The average personal identity score of male teachers is higher than that of female teachers, or in other words, the personal identity of male teachers is significantly higher than that of female teachers.
