fa ویژگی‌های یک مدرسه قدرتمند به منظور تدوین چارچوب ادراکی مناسب مورد مطالعه" مدیران و معلمان سرآمد استان بوشهر " عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">با توجه به اهمیت و ضرورت وجود یک ساختار آموزشی کارآمد و قدرتمند در نظام آموزش و پرورش، ایجاب نمود که به تعیین ویژگی‌های یک مدرسه قدرتمند از دیدگاه مدیران و معلمان سرآمد استان بوشهر پرداخته شود. در این راستا ضرورت داشتن مدل و الگو و راهکار مناسب جهت ایجاد یک ساختار قدرتمند بیشتر نمایان می‌شود برای این منظور ابتدا با توجه به پیشینه تحقیق و مبانی نظری چهارچوب مفهومی در زمینه مؤلفه‌های یک مدرسه قدرتمند ارائه شد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر که از نوع توصیفی است و به روش پیمایشی اجرا گردیده، جامعه مورد مطالعه در برگیرنده مدیران و معلمان سرآمد استان بود که از طریق نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند.با توجه به مؤلفه‌های بدست آمده از چهارچوب، پرسشنامه‌ای در دو بخش وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب در 36 سوال تهیه و پس از اطمینان از روایی صوری و اعتبار آن در مـدارس موجـود (97/0) و در مدارس قدرتمند- مطلوب- (98/0) داده‌ها از نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه (185 نفر شامل 107 نفر مرد و 78 نفر زن که دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی هستند) گردآوری شد. این داده‌ها با توجه به سوالات تحقیق و با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی چون آزمون (</span>T<span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">) وخی دو </span><span dir="LTR" style="position:relative"><span style="top:5.0pt">&nbsp;</span></span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">و تحلیل عاملی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.&nbsp; براساس نتایج بدست آمده مؤلفه‌های وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب مشخص شده و چهارچوبی پیشنهاد شد که به کمک آن بتوان ویژگیهای مهم مدارس قدرتمند را تشخیص داد.</span> <span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">این چهارچوب شامل سه دسته بصیرتهای نوین، ساختار اداری و فضای فیزیکی مناسب، مدیریت و رهبری آموزشی مبتنی بر مدرسه محوری (از بعد اقتصادی، بعد سیاسی، بعد فرهنگی، بعد فنأوری و اطلاعات، بعد اجتماعی، بعد فنی و تکنولوژیکی) و ارزیابی چهارچوب می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Given the importance and necessity of an efficient and powerful educational structure in the education system, it was necessary to determine the characteristics of a powerful school from the perspective of the principals and outstanding teachers of Bushehr province. In this regard, the necessity of having a suitable model and strategy for creating a powerful structure is more apparent. For this purpose, first, considering the research background and theoretical foundations, a conceptual framework was presented regarding the components of a powerful school. Therefore, the present study, which is descriptive and conducted by survey method, included the principals and teachers of the province who were studied through stratified sampling. Considering the components obtained from the framework, a questionnaire was prepared in two sections: the current situation and the desired situation, with 36 questions. After ensuring its face validity and reliability in existing schools (0.97) and in powerful-desirable schools (0.98), data were collected from the study samples (185 people, including 107 men and 78 women who have university education). These data were analyzed according to the research questions and using descriptive and inferential statistics methods such as the (T) test, Chi-square test, and factor analysis. Based on the results obtained, the components of the current and desired situation were identified and a framework was proposed to help identify the important characteristics of strong schools.
