fa بررسی و شناسایی تاثیر مولفه های رهبری اخلاقی بر میزان یادگیری سازمانی مورد مطالعه"مدیران مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان بوشهر" عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:center 226.75pt left 451.0pt right 453.55pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر یادگیری سازمانی</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">در بین مدیران مدارس مقطع ابتدایی </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">شهرستان بوشهر </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;انجام گرفته است. پژوهش حاضراز نظر گردآوری داده‌ها، تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نظر اهداف نیز، تحقیقی کاربردی با رویکرد توصیفی و پیمایشی محسوب می شود. جمعیت مورد مطالعه در پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">مدیران مدارس مقطع ابتدایی </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">شهرستان بوشهر </span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">می باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌ صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده بود، که از بین آنان تعداد 80 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه رهبری اخلاقی ، پرسشنامه یادگیری سازمانی، استفاده شد.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های به دست آمده از دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. در بخش آمار توصیفی&nbsp; از جداول فراوانی و شاخص های گرایش به مرکز شامل میانگین، انحراف معیار استفاده&nbsp; شد و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. این آزمون ها با استفاده از نرم افزار انجام&nbsp; اس پی اس اس انجام گرفت.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">در تبیین نتایج به دست آمده می توان گفت که در عصر حاضر که عصر دانش و دانایی نامیده می شود، سازمان ها شاهد محیط هایی هستند که روز به روز پویاتر می شوند و تغییر جزء جدایی ناپذیر دنیای امروز است. در نتیجه، سازمانها باید خود را برای ادامه حیات در چنین محیطی قادر کنند و دانش سازمانی نیز باید متناسب با تغییرات محیطی تغییر کند تا بتواند عملکرد و موقعیت رقابتی سازمان را بهبود بخشد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of ethical leadership on organizational learning among elementary school principals in Bushehr city. The present study is a descriptive-survey study in terms of data collection and an applied study with a descriptive and survey approach in terms of objectives. The study population in the present study includes all elementary school principals in Bushehr city. The sampling method was simple random sampling, from which 80 people were selected as a sample. Three ethical leadership questionnaires and an organizational learning questionnaire were used to collect data. In this study, two sections of descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data obtained. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency tables and central tendency indices including mean and standard deviation were used, and in the inferential statistics section, the analysis of covariance test was used. These tests were performed using SPSS software. In explaining the results obtained, it can be said that in the present era, which is called the era of knowledge and wisdom, organizations are witnessing environments that are becoming more dynamic day by day and change is an integral part of today&#39;s world.
