fa بررسی تاثیری راهبری مبتنی بر یادگیری تعاملی بر اثربخشی معلمان مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهر بوشهر the Effect of Leadership Based on Interactive Learning on the Effectiveness of Elementary School Teachers in Bushehr City عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">اهداف این پژوهش شفاف کردن ماهیت روابطی است که بین رهبری فکورانه و مؤلفه های آن با اثربخشی مدارس وجود دارد. برای نیل به این هدف و بمنظور پیش بینی احتمال وجود رابطه بین متغیرهای یاد شده با توجه به پیشینه پژوهشی، الگویی مفهومی طراحی شده است که نشان از اهمیت و ضرورت این تحقیق می باشد. مدارسی اثربخشی و یادگیرنده هم چنان آرزوی جهانی برای همه نظام های آموزشی اند. گرچه مطالعات سودمندی در خصوصی ویژگی های این مدارس تاکنون به انجام رسیده است اما همچنان چگونگی کارکرد این مدارس و تحلیل راههای دسترسی به آنها، کوشش های پژوهشی بیشتری را طلب می کند (ساکی،1388)عواملی متعدد برای اثربخشی مدارس و تسهیل روند آن مؤثرند که یکی از این عوامل تأثیرگذار و شاید مهمترین انها مدیریت مدرسه است. نیاز به مدیریت در هدایت سازمان و اهمیت رهبری مناسب و خوب جهت دستیابی به اهداف امری انکار ناپذیر است.تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی می‌باشد و از لحاظ متغیر کیفی بوده و از لحاظ زمان مقطعی و از لحاظ ابزار گردآوری توصیفی، پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. برای بررسی داده‌های گردآوری استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهر بوشهر است. نمونه و روش نمونه گیری با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی 28 مدرسه از میان مدارس ابتدایی شهر بوشهر انتخاب شده و سپس به گونه تصادفی ساده از هر مدرسه 4 معلم انتخاب شدند که در نهایت، حجم نمونه 112 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. ابزارهای جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پزوهش پرسشنامه ای است که برای اندازه گیری رهبری فکورانه در این پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت که 42 سوالی است که بر اساس الگوی یکپارچه رهبری فکورانه کاستلی و همکاران ساخته شده است. نتایج نشان داد: رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین دو متغیر اصلی تحقیق (رهبری فکورانه- اثربخشی مدارس) وجود دارد. همچنین مشخص گردیدکه یک رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین ابعاد رهبری فکورانه با اثربخشی مدارس وجود دارد،به بیان دیگر، سه متغیر هدف و باز بودن و چالش توأماً 31 درصد واریانس اثربخشی مدارس را تبیین میکنند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The objectives of this study are to clarify the nature of the relationships that exist between reflective leadership and its components with school effectiveness. To achieve this goal and to predict the possibility of a relationship between the aforementioned variables, considering the research background, a conceptual model has been designed, which shows the importance and necessity of this research. Effective and learning schools are still a universal aspiration for all educational systems. Although useful studies have been conducted on the specific characteristics of these schools, how these schools function and the analysis of ways to access them still require more research efforts (Saki, 2009). Several factors are effective in the effectiveness of schools and facilitating their process, one of these influential factors and perhaps the most important of which is school management. The need for management in leading the organization and the importance of appropriate and good leadership in achieving goals are undeniable. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is qualitative in terms of variable, and is cross-sectional in terms of time and descriptive in terms of collection tool, a correlational survey. The collected data was used to examine the statistical population of the present study is all teachers of elementary schools in Bushehr. Sample and Sampling Method 28 schools were selected from among the elementary schools in Bushehr using a random sampling method, and then 4 teachers were selected from each school by simple random sampling, which ultimately resulted in a sample size of 112 people. The data collection tools in this study are a questionnaire that was used to measure reflective leadership in this study, which is 42 questions that are based on the integrated reflective leadership model of Castelli et al. The results showed: There is a positive and significant relationship between the two main variables of the study (reflective leadership - school effectiveness).
