fa ارائه چارچوب بهبود کیفیت آموزشی مدارس با استفاده از کنترل آماری فرایند «بر اساس مبانی مدیریت کیفیت جامع TQM» عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدلی کارآمد برای سنجش و بهبود کیفیت آموزشی در مدارس، با بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای کنترل آماری فرایند</span><span b-zar="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:"> (SPC)</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">و در چارچوب مدیریت کیفیت جامع</span><span b-zar="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:"> (TQM) </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">انجام شد. مطالعه به‌صورت موردی در یکی از دبیرستان‌های روستایی دخترانه شهرستان بابلسر اجرا گردید. در مرحله نخست، از پنج درس اصلی آزمون اولیه گرفته شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از نمودارهای کنترل فرایند و نرم‌افزار مینی‌تب تحلیل شد تا میزان پایداری عملکرد آموزشی مشخص گردد</span><span b-zar="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">.</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر افت تحصیلی، نمودار پاراتو ترسیم شد و همزمان شاخص قابلیت فرایند</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">محاسبه گردید. مقدار اولیه</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">آن برابر با 0.47 بود که نشان‌دهنده ناکارآمدی نسبی فرایند آموزشی در پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای یادگیری دانش‌آموزان محسوب می‌شود. بر اساس این نتایج، سه مرحله مداخله آموزشی هدفمند طراحی و اجرا شد</span><span b-zar="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">.</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها نشان داد که ابزارهای</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">کنترل آماری</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">توانستند نقاط بحرانی افت تحصیلی را به‌طور دقیق مشخص کنند و اجرای مداخلات مرحله‌ای موجب بهبود تدریجی عملکرد دانش‌آموزان شد. تحلیل داده‌های پس‌آزمون نشان داد که میانگین نمرات در هر پنج درس افزایش یافته و دامنه تغییرات نمرات کاهش پیدا کرده است. همچنین شاخص قابلیت فرایند پس از مداخلات از 0.47 به 1.1 رسید که بیانگر ارتقای قابل توجه ثبات و کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی است. کاهش نقاط خارج از کنترل در نمودارهای فرایند نیز نشان‌دهنده افزایش پایداری نظام آموزشی پس از اجرای مدل بود</span><span b-zar="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">.</span><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"> نتایج نهایی نشان می‌دهد که ترکیب ابزارهای کنترل آماری فرایند با اصول مدیریت کیفیت جامع می‌تواند مدلی اثربخش برای پایش و بهبود کیفیت آموزشی ارائه دهد و زمینه‌ساز برنامه‌ریزی دقیق‌تر و بهبود مستمر در مدارس باشد</span><span b-zar="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This research aimed to provide an efficient model for measuring and improving educational quality in schools, using statistical process control (SPC) tools and within the framework of total quality management (TQM). The study was conducted as a case study in one of the rural girls&#39; high schools in Babolsar city. In the first stage, initial tests were taken from five main subjects and the data were analyzed using process control charts and Minitab software to determine the level of stability of educational performance. To identify the factors affecting academic failure, a Pareto chart was drawn and the process capability index was calculated at the same time. Its initial value was equal to 0.47, which indicates the relative inefficiency of the educational process in responding to the learning needs of students. Based on these results, three stages of targeted educational intervention were designed and implemented. The findings showed that statistical control tools were able to accurately identify the critical points of academic failure and the implementation of phased interventions led to a gradual improvement in student performance. Post-test data analysis showed that the average scores in all five subjects increased and the range of score changes decreased. Also, the process capability index after the interventions increased from 0.47 to 1.1, which indicates a significant improvement in the stability and quality of educational performance. The reduction in out-of-control points in the process diagrams also indicated an increase in the stability of the educational system after the model was implemented.
