fa ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان معاونت وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان معاونت وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی، ازنظر امکان کنترل متغیرها غیرآزمایشی، ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها میدانی، ازلحاظ شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه کارکنان معاونت وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران تشکیل داده‌اند. در این پژوهش با تکیه‌بر فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 95 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار این پژوهش، پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی سیپ استافل بیم است. این پرسشنامه دارای 4 بعد مؤلفه زمینه، درون داد، فرایند و برون داد است. در این پژوهش برای بررسی روایی ازنظرات خبرگان سازمانی و دانشگاهی بهره گرفته شد. همچنین بررسی پایایی نشان داد ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای این پرسشنامه 0.925 است که بیشتر از 0.7 است. درنتیجه می‌توان به پایایی ابزار پژوهش اعتماد کرد. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آزمون تی تک نمونه) در نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span lang="FA"> بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان معاونت وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران در هر 4 مؤلفه زمینه، درون داد، فرایند و برون داد اثربخش است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal">The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of in-service training courses for the employees of the Deputy Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In terms of the purpose of an applied research, in terms of the possibility of controlling non-experimental variables, in terms of the method of collecting field data, in terms of the method of data analysis, it is a descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this research is made up of all the employees of the Deputy Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this research, relying on Cochran&#39;s formula and simple random sampling method, 95 people were selected as a sample. The tool of this research is the standard Sip Staffel BIM evaluation questionnaire. This questionnaire has 4 dimensions of context, input, process and output. In this research, the opinions of organizational and academic experts were used to check validity. Also, the reliability check showed that Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient for this questionnaire is 0.925, which is more than 0.7. As a result, the reliability of the research tool can be trusted. In this research, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (one-sample t-test) were used in SPSS software to analyze the data.
