Abstract: (175 Views)
The purpose of this study is to predict job involvement based on leadership styles and organizational climate in agricultural bank employees. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of the Agricultural Bank of Tehran in 1399, from which people were selected as a sample by available sampling method. The research tools were: Job Involvement Questionnaire (Ludal and Kajner, 1999), Leadership Styles (Bass and Olivier, 1999) and Organizational Climate (Payne and Kraft, 2000), all of which had acceptable validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed from the questionnaires through SPSS-V24 software in two descriptive and inferential sections (Pearson correlation test and multiple regression). The results showed that transformational leadership factors, morale and intimacy have a significant relationship with job involvement at the 5% level. Also, no significant relationship was observed between exchange leadership and non-intervention leadership with job climate. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the dimensions of organizational climate (except obstruction) and job involvement. Therefore, leadership styles and organizational climate can predict job involvement in the employees of the Agricultural Bank.
