The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of green human resource management measures on lean-agile mentality in the organization. The purpose of this research is in the field of applied research. Also, considering that library study methods and field methods such as questionnaires were used in this research, it can be stated that the current research is a descriptive-survey research based on its nature and method. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the employees of the government office in Tehran city, whose number was considered to be 6830 people. Based on Cochran's formula, 364 people were selected as a sample. A standard questionnaire was used to collect information and finally the data was analyzed using structural equation model and smartPLS software. The results showed that green human resources management measures have a positive and significant effect on the agile and lean mentality in the organization.
