nowadays, due to the dynamic organizational environment and tremendous changes in human knowledge, updating on-the-job training and increasing managerial skills is necessary to hold managerial jobs. therefore, many colleges across the country conduct graduate training courses for increasing knowledge in the field of strategic management, but the main issue is whether going through these courses will increase the level of knowledge, skills and abilities of this target community? Therefore, effectiveness evaluation systems have always been a way to increase the reliability of such courses. In this research, using one of the most effective effectiveness measurement methods named "Kirk Patrick", we decided to examine the strategic management course at the country level.
