The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of trust on employees' citizenship behavior with the mediating role of self-esteem and commitment of employees of Refah Kargaran Bank headquarters using a descriptive method of correlation type. Its statistical population includes all the employees of the central headquarters of Refah Kargaran Bank, who are employed in 1401, of which 378 people were selected according to the table of Karjesi and Morgan by simple random stratified method. The research tools include the organizational trust questionnaire(2000), Oregon and Kanoski's standard organizational citizen behavior questionnaire (1990), Allen and Mayer's (2001) standard organizational commitment questionnaire, and Cooper Smith's self-esteem questionnaire (1967). After conducting a test among 30 subjects by Cronbach's alpha, the organizational trust questionnaire with a coefficient of 0.896, the organizational citizen behavior questionnaire with a coefficient of 0.88, and the organizational commitment questionnaire with a coefficient of 0.87 and self-esteem of 0.89 were calculated and It was confirmed and finally the data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that organizational trust explains approximately 34% of the changes in self-esteem, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Refah Kargaran Bank headquarters. On the other hand, according to the significance level of the test (p = 0.000) and it being smaller than (p < 0.05), it can be judged that there is a relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment, self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior of Refah Bank headquarters employees. workers, there is a significant effect. On the other hand, according to the positive effect rate (b=1.684), it can be concluded that with the increase in organizational trust, organizational commitment, self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior of the employees of Refah Bank Bank headquarters will increase.
