The purpose of the current research is the impact of knowledge management and human resources management on organizational performance with the role of moderating entrepreneurship of employees of Islamic Azad University, Roudhen branch. The statistical population includes 243 people and the sample is 144 people from the employees of Islamic Azad University, Rudehen branch. The research method is descriptive and correlational. To measure knowledge management, the questionnaires of Su et al. (2007), Harley and Holt (1998) and Lyal Rodriguez (2005) are used. Also, the questionnaire of García Morales et al. (2008) is used to measure organizational performance. Also, the questionnaire of Santhanam et al. (2017) is used to measure human resource management. Also, human resource management has an impact on organizational performance. Also, human resource training is used as a component of resource management to measure entrepreneurship, from Colbert et al., 2008. Data analysis was done with the help of regression test, path analysis and SmartPLS3.5 software. The results of the structural equation model method showed that knowledge sharing capacity has a positive effect on performance, but innovative capacity does not have a positive effect on organizational performance, and absorption capacity has a positive effect on organizational performance. The results showed the same. Selection of human resources as a human component has an impact on organizational performance. In the following, job growth opportunities as a component of human resource management have an impact on organizational performance, and service compensation system as a component of human resource management has an impact on organizational performance. Also, the results indicate that entrepreneurship in the mentioned organization has the ability to increase the impact of knowledge management components on organizational performance. Finally, the components of human resource management with entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship with organizational performance among the employees of Islamic Azad University Their intestines are not affected.
