This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees of the organization under study, from whom 384 people were selected as a sample and through appropriate sampling. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire, and descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed that game-based empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee well-being. The results also indicate that this approach also has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. In other words, the use of game-like elements in the organization's training and development programs can provide the basis for improving the work experience and promoting their motivation by increasing the attractiveness of learning, creating continuous feedback, strengthening the sense of progress and participation of employees.
