Guide to writing and arranging articles
Dear researchers, professors, authors and students, please pay attention to the following points before preparing and writing your articles to facilitate acceptance and save time:
1- The title of the article is short, expressive and refers to the meaning of the main topic or the message of the article.
2- The article must be the result of the research of the author or authors and must not have been published in any journal before. If the article has already been presented as a speech in a scientific forum, it is necessary to send the full details of the forum and its holding time.
3- On the title page of the article, full details of the author or authors of the article should be provided, including: name and surname, degree, field of study, position, workplace and author's internet address. If there are several authors, after writing the surname and first name of the first author, for each of the other authors, write their first name and then their surname.
4- The Persian and English abstract of the article should be presented in a maximum of one hundred to one hundred and fifty words (ten lines) and at the end of the abstracts, the keywords of the research should be presented in a maximum of five Persian and English words.
5- In abstracts, it is necessary to briefly mention the following five items (each in 2 to 3 lines): problem statement, objective, research method, findings and results.
6- The writing of the article should be fluent and fluent in Farsi, grammatically correct and careful enough in the choice of words.
7- If the author has personally translated a word from a foreign language, or if the translation of a foreign word is not completely idiomatic and universal, it is necessary to present the original word in the subtitle of the page.
Typesetting and how to present
1- The submitted articles should be typed on one side of A4 paper with 1 cm line spacing with Mitra Font 14 (for Latin articles with Times 12).
2- The amount of the typed article should not exceed 20 A4 pages.
3- A maximum of 5 images including tables and graphs can be used in each article and the statistical data must be Persian.
The structure of the article
1- After the introduction of the article, the problem should be clearly explained and at the end of it, the questions that the author intends to answer should be raised.
2- The goal or goals of the research
3- The theoretical framework or theoretical foundations should be well explained as the skeleton of the article.
4- The research method or methodology should be presented clearly. In this section, the following can be briefly discussed:
5- Type of research, research method, hypotheses or research questions, data collection method, variables, scales and operational definition of variables (if necessary), statistical population, sampling method and sample size, method Data analysis.
6- Findings of the research: In this part, we describe and briefly interpret the findings that the researcher obtained as a result of data analysis.
7- Result: In one or at most two pages, the results that the researcher can claim to have been achieved as a result of the research work are briefly discussed.
8- Suggestions: The suggestions that the researcher provides should be based on the findings obtained as a result of the research.
Therefore, the structure of the article consists of 7 or at least 6 parts.
How to provide sources
1- At the end of the article, the alphabetical list of sources used in Persian and Latin should be presented separately as follows:
Last name of the author, name. (year of publication). Title of book or article. (name and surname of the translator). Place of publication: name of the publisher.
3- In case of using an article, while observing the above points, the full abbreviated title of the journal, the journal number, and the number of the first and last page in which the article is included should also be mentioned.
3- In case of using internet resources, in addition to following the above method, after that, the internet address of the source should be inserted, then the date of internet reference should be mentioned in parentheses.
4- Within the text, after using the texts related to any author, write the last name of the author, the year of publication and the page number where the relevant text is inserted.
Important notes
1- The editorial board is allowed to accept or reject the received articles. In case of non-acceptance, the article will not be returned to the author.
2- The authors of the articles are responsible for the content and responsible for the ideas presented in their articles and writings. In no way will the presented articles determine the theoretical or ideological orientation of the editorial board or the executive officers of the quarterly.
