This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the opportunities and threats of using artificial intelligence in the human resources management of Iran's government organizations. The current research is an applied research. Also, since this research implies the collection of data about one or more attributes at a specific point in time, it can be said that it is descriptive and exploratory in terms of information collection. In this research, 10 supervisors and managers of government organizations in Tehran participated in this research as experts, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method. In this research, regarding the collection of information related to the literature of the subject and the background of the research, library methods were used, and field methods were used to collect information to answer the research questions. The current research has been conducted in two phases and based on each phase, the methods have been determined according to the needs of each phase. In the first stage, by using a survey of experts, the desired indicators have been identified. In the following, the weighting and prioritization of the index has been done using the fuzzy AHP technique. The results showed that among the opportunities, the development of the power of creativity and innovation, and among the threats, the lack of educational infrastructure were prioritized.
