The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of management on the extent to which employees' quality of work life affects the productivity of Chadormaloo mine personnel. The present study was a descriptive-survey study in terms of its applied purpose, nature, and quantitative data type. The statistical population of the study included all employees of Chadormaloo mine, and 100 people were determined as the sample size using the relative stratified random sampling method and the Cochran formula. Data collection was carried out using Walton's (2003) standard quality of life questionnaire and Achio's productivity questionnaire (32 questions). Content and construct validity were used to calculate validity, and reliability was examined with Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which indicated the validity and reliability of the research tool. To analyze the data, two methods of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis, and percentage, frequency, table and graph) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis) were used with IBM SPSS-22 and Amos software. The findings showed that the components of the quality of work life of employees (adequate and fair payment, safe and healthy environment, providing opportunities for growth and continuous security, legality in the organization, human capabilities, social integration and cohesion, general living space and social dependence of work life) have a significant effect on the productivity of Chadormalou mine personnel.
