This article examines the results of evaluating the quality improvement of Iran Khodro company's products using fuzzy Delphi multi-criteria decision making method. The data collected from two rounds of evaluation have been analyzed and evaluated with the help of tables that included criteria for design quality, manufacturing quality, after-sales service quality, and quality control. The results show that in the first round of evaluation, Iran Khodro's performance in the criteria of design quality, manufacturing quality and quality control did not improve significantly and was mainly placed in the "failure" category. But in the second round of evaluation, it is admirable that there has been a significant improvement in the quality of products and services provided by Iran Khodro, and more than half of the criteria are in the "acceptable" category. The final conclusion is that by implementing decisions based on the results of evaluation and analysis of criteria, it is possible to improve the quality of Iran Khodro products and achieve better performance.
