Can be stated that the main reasons for the successful completion of projects in accordance with the approved budget and schedule planned, is not using of project management methodology based on past successful experiences, the best practices, tools and techniques are appropriate. Project cost is the issue most important topics in project management should be given to it more than any other subject and should regards other issues around it and manage them. Today, project cost management process, including resource planning, cost estimating, project budgeting and cost control has become to one of the main Concerns projects of custodians and practitioners. Therefore this article with descriptive method will be evaluated different methods of budgeting and project Challenges, Opportunity, benefits, disadvantages from each of them.
