In this research, the role of artificial intelligence technologies in the development of human resource management in Iran's government organizations was discussed. The current research is an applied research. It is also descriptive and correlational in order to collect information. Also, this research is a cross-sectional research in terms of data collection time. The statistical population of the research consisted of 384 managers and employees of Iranian government organizations. These people were selected using stratified random sampling method. In this research, library methods were used to collect information related to the subject's literature and research history, and to collect information to confirm or reject the research hypotheses, the field method was used in the form of distribution of standard questionnaires. In order to analyze the data according to the research questions, descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used. In the inferential part, partial least squares method and PLS software were used to analyze the hypotheses. The results showed that artificial intelligence technologies have a positive and significant impact on the development of human resource management in Iranian government organizations. But among the development components of human resources management, the role of artificial intelligence on the right to choose was not confirmed.
