Abstract:   (142 Views)
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between fear of negative evaluation and parent-child conflict in 1401. The statistical population of this research includes all teenagers in Tehran in 1401. The number of sample members is considered to be 150 people, who were selected through available sampling. The main data of this research was obtained by using the short form of Leary's fear of negative evaluation scale (1983) and Strauss' (1979) parent-child conflict questionnaire. Descriptive statistics (central indices, dispersion) and inferential statistics of Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used in data analysis. The results of the research, through correlation and regression tests, indicated that there is a relationship between fear of negative evaluation and parent-child conflict.
