The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the job satisfaction of employees included in the satellite project of Iranian Continental Shelf Oil Company. This research was applied in terms of purpose, quantitative in terms of data type and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature. The statistical population of this research was the 93 employees of the Iranian National Oil Company (Siri Island) in 2021, and 74 people were considered as the sample size by using Morgan table the sample size and randomly stratified. In this research, two standard questionnaires of job satisfaction of Minnesota (1967) and organizational culture of Dennison (2000) were used to collect the required data. In this research, in order to calculate the validity of content and construct validity, and in order to calculate reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability coefficient were used, and the results indicated the validity and reliability of the research questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling) were used with Smart PLS V.3 and Spss-V16 software. The findings showed that the organizational culture and its dimensions, including partnership, stability and integrity, flexibility and mission, have an effect on the job satisfaction of the employees included in the satellite project of Iran's continental shelf oil company in the area of Siri Island.
