Abstract
The present research aims to explore human resource management strategies in government organizations and their impact on improving employee efficiency and job satisfaction. This study is applied in nature and also descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this research consists of all employees of government offices in Tehran, estimated to be 6,830 individuals. Accordingly, based on Cochran’s formula for a population of 6,830, a sample size of 364 has been determined. Consequently, this research was conducted on 364 employees from government offices in Tehran. These individuals were selected using stratified random sampling. Two methods were utilized for data collection: library research and field research. To assess the validity of the questionnaire scale, confirmatory factor analysis was employed, and structural equation modeling was used to test the research hypotheses. The software used in this research includes SPSS and SmartPLS. The results indicated that human resource management strategies have a positive and significant impact on improving employee efficiency and job satisfaction.
