The aim of the present research was to determine the impact of the relationship between organizational culture and social responsibility as well as participation among employees of the General Directorate of Education in Bushehr Province. Therefore, this study is applied in terms of its objective, descriptive in nature, and of a survey type. The sampling method used in this research was relative stratified random sampling. The study population comprised all employees of the Education Department in Bushehr Province, totaling 250 individuals. The sample size was determined to be 148 individuals using Morgan’s table and the Cochran formula. The data collection instruments included Edgar Schein’s (1980) standard questionnaire on organizational culture and Carroll’s (1991) questionnaire on social responsibility. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor, and their reliability was established using Cronbach’s alpha. Data analysis was performed using two software programs, SPSS. Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and social responsibility among employees of the Education Department in Bushehr. Additionally, the findings indicated that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational culture and employee participation in the Education Department of Bushehr, with a correlation coefficient of 0.743 and a significance level of 0.0001 (p < 0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the main hypothesis of this study is supported.
