This study was conducted with the aim of the effect of multiple intelligence on the acceptance of digital education in Iranian government organizations. This research is an applied research as well as a descriptive survey/correlational research. The statistical population of this study consists of government agency employees, whose number is uncountable. In this study, the Cochran formula was used to select the sample, which was 384 people. In this study, library methods were used to collect information related to the literature on the subject and background of the research, and field methods were used to collect information to confirm or reject the research hypotheses. In this study, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used according to the research questions. In the descriptive section, percentages, frequencies, tables and graphs were used to describe demographic characteristics including age, gender, education, and work experience, and mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis were used to describe the research variables with SPSS software. Also, in the inferential part, structural equation modeling with SmartPLS software was used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that multiple intelligence has a significant effect on the acceptance of digital education in Iranian government organizations.
