The present study aimed to determine the effect of literacy competencies on students' entrepreneurship with respect to the mediating role of outcome-based educational curriculum. This research is of a quantitative approach and of an applied type in terms of purpose. Also, the present research is of a descriptive-survey type in terms of implementation. The present research is a descriptive research in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study consisted of all second-level secondary school teachers in Tehran. In this way, or relying on the Cochran formula for an unlimited population, the sample size was 384 of these individuals. Accordingly, the non-probability sampling method was purposeful. Field and library methods were used to collect data. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, face, content, and construct validity were used and confirmed. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. In the descriptive part, IBM SPSS software was used, and in the inferential part, structural equation modeling with SmartPLS-V3 software was used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that literacy competencies have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurship. Also, the outcome-based educational curriculum can mediate this relationship.
