The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of ethical leadership on organizational learning among elementary school principals in Bushehr city. The present study is a descriptive-survey study in terms of data collection and an applied study with a descriptive and survey approach in terms of objectives. The study population in the present study includes all elementary school principals in Bushehr city. The sampling method was simple random sampling, from which 80 people were selected as a sample. Three ethical leadership questionnaires and an organizational learning questionnaire were used to collect data. In this study, two sections of descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data obtained. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency tables and central tendency indices including mean and standard deviation were used, and in the inferential statistics section, the analysis of covariance test was used. These tests were performed using SPSS software. In explaining the results obtained, it can be said that in the present era, which is called the era of knowledge and wisdom, organizations are witnessing environments that are becoming more dynamic day by day and change is an integral part of today's world. As a result, organizations must enable themselves to survive in such an environment, and organizational knowledge must also change in accordance with environmental changes in order to improve the organization's performance and competitive position.
