This study aims to identify and explain the relationship between organizational culture and work conscience among elementary school principals in Dashtestan County with the components of creativity, risk-taking, leadership, management support, control, identity, reward system, compromise with conflict phenomena, and communication patterns in Dashtestan County. The method used in this study is a mixed method including documentary and survey methods, and the research is also of the correlation type. According to the official education statistics of Dashtestan County, the number of elementary school principals in Dashtestan County is 100 people. Based on the Cochran formula and based on the simple random sampling method, 80 people were selected as the sample size. The results of the study showed that: In the statistical study of the main hypothesis of the study, based on the relationship between organizational culture and managers' work conscience based on Pearson's coefficient, the relationship was confirmed. On the other hand, in the study of organizational culture components as independent variables and dependent variable (work conscience), it was observed that components including integrity, management support, conflict adaptation, communication patterns and leadership had a significant relationship, and components such as creativity, identity, reward system did not have a statistically significant relationship with work conscience. On the other hand, among the contextual and independent variables, service experience was effective in the level of work conscience, but education did not have a significant relationship with work conscience in this study.
