The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of vocational skills and self-efficacy training on improving the professional empowerment of elementary school managers in Dashtestan County. This study is applied in terms of its purpose and quasi-experimental in terms of its data collection method. The statistical population consists of 360 elementary school managers in Dashtestan County, with a sample size of 60. They were randomly selected and organized into two groups of 30, experimental and control, as samples. The experimental group was trained and compared with the control group in two conditions before and after training. For this purpose, two standard questionnaires were used: professional self-efficacy with reliability (83%) and employee professional development with reliability (85%). Independent t-test, analysis of variance and regression were used to examine and analyze the data. The research findings show that professional skills and self-efficacy are effective in improving the professional ability of employees. No significant difference was observed between the level of professional skills training and self-efficacy based on service experience. And no significant difference was observed between the level of professional skills training and self-efficacy based on age.
