The purpose of this research is the effect of succession planning on teachers' performance, considering the mediating role of teachers' participation in Alevi schools. In terms of the nature of this research, it is an applied research, and in terms of the type of data, it is a quantitative research, and in terms of the way of collecting information, it is of the field, library, and descriptive survey type. The statistical population of this research is made up of all the teachers of Alevi schools in Tehran, whose number is 112. In this regard, the census method was used for sampling. In this research, library methods and articles, books, theses and other library resources have been used to collect information related to the theoretical foundations and background of the research. Also, in the field data collection section, a standard questionnaire was used, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. Finally, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS and smartPLS software. The results showed that mentoring has a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance. Also, employee participation mediates this relationship.
