This article aims to determine the role of organizational learning and innovation on the financial performance of service-oriented companies (banks and insurance). For this purpose, the role of organizational learning and innovation on the financial performance of service-oriented companies was investigated. According to the obtained information, 230 manufacturing companies were selected as the sample size using Cochran's formula. The data collection tool in this research was a questionnaire. Of which 227 questionnaires were returned among distribution service oriented companies, of which 197 completed questionnaires were returned. The collected data were analyzed through structural equation modeling (Amos 20). The findings of the research show that organizational learning and innovation have a positive effect on the financial performance of companies.
