The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and citizenship behavior of high school teachers in Tehran. The research method was applied according to the objective, quantitative according to the type of data and descriptive-correlation in nature. The statistical population included all the high school teachers in Tehran, and based on Morgan's table, 384 people were selected as the sample size by random stepwise cluster sampling. To collect data, the standard questionnaires of Moghimi's organizational citizenship behavior (2013) and Linda's self-reporting of spiritual intelligence (2011) were used. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated using content validity and also reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the results indicated the validity and reliability of the questionnaires. Data analysis was done through descriptive and inferential statistics (multiple linear regression test and Pearson correlation coefficient) using Spss-V23 software. The findings showed that spiritual intelligence in the components of critical existential thinking (0.77), production of personal meaning (0.75), awareness (0.86) and development of the state of awareness (0.79) are directly related to organizational citizenship behavior. And it is meaningful.
