The purpose of this research is to investigate the structural empowerment of human resources on job satisfaction and job attachment. The research method used in this research is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population in this research is the employees of Saderat Bank branches in Isfahan city. The sample of the present study is the employees of Saderat Bank branches in Isfahan city. The sample size was estimated by simple random sampling of 52 employees of Bank Saderat branches in Isfahan. The tool for collecting information in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. To verify the validity, the content validity method was used based on the experts of the organizations. The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated, the reliability of all variables was confirmed because Cronbach's alpha is more than 0.7. Data analysis in this research has been done at two descriptive and inferential levels. At the descriptive level, two-dimensional tables and graphs were used to determine the results, and at the level of inferential tests, multivariate regression analysis was used. The results showed that the structural empowerment of human resources has an effect on job satisfaction. Structural empowerment of human resources has an effect on job attachment.
