The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting access to digital technology in primary education. Considering that the current research examines the factors affecting access to digital technology in elementary education, the research method is practical according to the purpose; according to the time of the research, cross-sectional; according to the type of data, mixed (quantitative-qualitative); according to the research environment, a library; According to the method of data collection or the nature and method of the research, it was descriptive-exploratory. The statistical population included 10 education experts from Tehran who were selected using the purposeful sampling method. In this research regarding the collection the information related to the literature of the subject and the background of the research was used from library methods and field method was used to collect information to answer the research questions. The current research has been conducted in two phases and based on each phase, the methods have been determined according to the needs of each phase. In the first stage, by using a survey of experts, the desired indicators have been identified. In the following, index weighting and prioritization has been done using the fuzzy AHP technique. The results showed that the factors affecting access to digital technology in primary education include 5 components of financial resources, physical infrastructure, teachers, and education and policy makers. Also, according to experts, financial resources are the most important component.
