The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of in-service training courses for the employees of the Deputy Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In terms of the purpose of an applied research, in terms of the possibility of controlling non-experimental variables, in terms of the method of collecting field data, in terms of the method of data analysis, it is a descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this research is made up of all the employees of the Deputy Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this research, relying on Cochran's formula and simple random sampling method, 95 people were selected as a sample. The tool of this research is the standard Sip Staffel BIM evaluation questionnaire. This questionnaire has 4 dimensions of context, input, process and output. In this research, the opinions of organizational and academic experts were used to check validity. Also, the reliability check showed that Cronbach's alpha coefficient for this questionnaire is 0.925, which is more than 0.7. As a result, the reliability of the research tool can be trusted. In this research, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (one-sample t-test) were used in SPSS software to analyze the data. The results showed that the in-service training courses for the employees of the Deputy Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran are effective in all 4 components of context, input, process and output.
