Today, the issue of the emergence of artificial intelligence and its significant effects on various aspects of human society has risen, and in the meantime, organizations have not been spared from the impact of this new phenomenon. Human resource management, in the position of regulating the organization, considers it necessary to adopt a far-sighted approach in facing such changes. The current research aims to investigate opportunities and threats in human resource management and the role of artificial intelligence in it. The method used in this research was study and library. In this research, the literature and background related to human resource management and the role of artificial intelligence were reviewed and then a conceptual model was presented. According to the findings, the opportunities and threats of using artificial intelligence in government organizations were first identified. And in order to improve human resources management, policies can be formulated in six legal, security, educational, ethical, occupational and executive axes to face the challenges of artificial intelligence in government organizations. At the end of the article, suggestions were made regarding human resource management and the role of artificial intelligence.
