Purpose: This research was conducted with the purpose of investigating the relationship between business intelligence and knowledge management in private manufacturing companies. Method: The nature of the research method is descriptive research, based on survey data collection method, and in terms of data analysis method, it is correlational studies, where the limits of changes of one or more variables were studied with the limits of changes of one or more other variables. Library and field methods have been used to collect information. Out of 200 questionnaires sent to the research community, data analysis was done with 155 questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, it was analyzed using SPSS statistical software at two descriptive and inferential levels. At the descriptive level, the mean and standard deviation were used. At the inferential level, according to the type of data, to find the relationship between them, the correlation coefficient and multivariate regression should be used according to these data. Findings: The results of the research show that there is a strong and direct correlation between the components of business intelligence and knowledge management, and the contribution of the ­­variables and components of business intelligence in the prediction and changes of knowledge management is about 51%. Conclusion: Business intelligence can affect the nature of knowledge management itself.
