This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of information technology capabilities on inventory management in Pars Oil and Gas Company. The purpose of this research is in the field of applied research. Also, considering that library study methods and field methods such as questionnaires were used in this research, it can be stated that the current research is a descriptive-survey research based on its nature and method. Also, this research is a one-time study. The present research was conducted among the employees of Pars Oil and Gas Company. As a result, the statistical population of this research is made up of all the employees of Pars Oil and Gas Company, and 231 people were selected as a sample in this research. Field method and questionnaire were used to collect data. In this research, two parts of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data. In the descriptive statistics section, in order to describe demographic characteristics such as age and gender, frequency percentages, tables and graphs were used, and in order to describe variables, mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis were used using SPSS23 software. SmartPLS software was also used in the relationship test section. The results showed that information technology capabilities have a positive and significant effect on inventory management.
