Today, positive behaviors beyond the role have been considered under the title of "organizational citizenship behavior". In previous research, several variables such as job satisfaction, organizational justice, organizational culture, leadership style, etc. have been identified in the probability of organizational citizenship behavior. In this article, the relationship between Hofstede's cultural dimensions and organizational citizenship behavior in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad University of Medical Sciences has been examined; it should be noted that in this article, organizational commitment is a moderating variable. The present study is descriptive in terms of data collection and is correlational in terms of relationships between variables. From a statistical population of 486 medical staff in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces, 214 were selected as a statistical sample and then, by collecting the required data using the standard questionnaires of organizational citizenship behavior by Podsakoff et al. (1990), organizational commitment by Mowday (1979), and cultural dimensions of Hofstede by Yarahmadi (2000), the five hypotheses of the research were tested by regression analysis using SPSS software. The relationships between variables in the conceptual model of the research were tested by path analysis using Lisrel software. The results showed that the model had a good fit in the real world and that there was a significant relationship between all of Hofstede's cultural dimensions and commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. At the end of the article, several suggestions were presented in the form of summary, discussion, conclusion, and application of the results in the real world, as well as continuation and follow-up of similar research in the future.
