The present study aims to design a model to determine the cultural and social factors affecting the academic achievement of students (case study of primary school students in Bushehr County). The statistical population consists of primary school students in Bushehr County, and the sample includes 100 students. The measurement tools in this research are a 33-item questionnaire on academic achievement and a 20-item questionnaire on cultural and social factors. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between cultural and social factors and the academic achievement of primary school students in Bushehr County, as demonstrated in the main hypothesis of the research. Based on the results obtained from the correlation coefficient test, there is a significant relationship between cultural and social factors and academic achievement, with a significance level of 0.01%. This hypothesis is confirmed with a 99% probability. In the first hypothesis, it was found that there is a significant relationship between social factors and the academic achievement of primary school students in Bushehr County. The results from the correlation coefficient test also indicate a significant relationship between social factors and the academic achievement of primary school students. Furthermore, based on the results obtained from the correlation coefficient test, there is a significant relationship between cultural factors and the academic achievement of students, which is confirmed with a 97% probability. The overall results of the research suggest that there is a significant relationship between cultural and social factors and the academic achievement of primary school students in Bushehr County.
